SHOP TECHNICIAN – STREET SWEEPER & SEWER EQUIPMENT Location: Linthicum Heights, Maryland Pay: $28–$36 per hour Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift Work Environment: Approximately 90% Shop-Based Potential pay increase after 90 days. Diamond Fleet Solutions is recruiting for an experienced technician to repair and maintain street sweepers, sewer cleaning equipment, and related equipment. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON • Street sweepers • Sewer cleaning equipment • Electrical systems • Hydraulic systems • Body and equipment components • Pumps, motors, wiring, controls, and related systems WHAT YOU’LL DO • Diagnose electrical and hydraulic problems • Repair wiring, switches, controls, pumps, hoses, and related components • Perform body and equipment repairs • Complete preventive maintenance and inspections • Troubleshoot equipment problems and make needed repairs • Perform approximately 90% of your work in the shop WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Mechanical repair experience • Strong electrical troubleshooting ability • Hydraulic repair experience • Ability to diagnose and repair equipment problems • Valid driver’s license • Ability to work independently Experience with street sweepers or sewer equipment is a plus, but technicians with strong electrical, hydraulic, equipment, fleet, or heavy-equipment repair experience are encouraged to apply.
