𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗔𝗡 – 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗩𝗬 𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗣𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | 𝗛𝗨𝗫𝗟𝗘𝗬, 𝗜𝗔 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗥𝗬: $𝟳𝟱,𝟬𝟬𝟬–$𝟵𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 + 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 Diamond Surface, Inc. is looking for an experienced diesel/heavy-equipment professional who is ready to take ownership of a shop, lead technicians, and still stay hands-on with the equipment. 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗦 𝗢𝗨𝗧 • $75,000–$90,000 annual salary plus overtime • 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲-𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 (𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗣) • Profit sharing • 80% employer-paid health insurance • 100% employer-paid dental insurance • 100% employer-paid life insurance • 401(k) • Full-time position based in Huxley, Iowa • Opportunity to lead the shop while remaining hands-on technically • Work with diesel trucks, heavy equipment, hydraulics, electrical systems, and specialized equipment 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨’𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗢 • Lead and support technicians in the day-to-day operation of the shop • Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair diesel-powered trucks and heavy equipment • Prioritize repairs and preventative maintenance to keep equipment operational • Provide technical guidance and help develop less-experienced technicians • Coordinate shop workflow, parts, repairs, and equipment readiness • Maintain a safe, organized, productive shop • Work closely with operations and leadership to minimize equipment downtime 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘’𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥 • Strong diesel mechanical background • Heavy-equipment repair experience • Experience diagnosing electrical, hydraulic, engine, drivetrain, and mechanical issues • Prior shop leadership, foreman, lead technician, or supervisory experience • CDL Class A preferred • Tanker endorsement strongly preferred • Caterpillar experience is a plus • Trade school or diesel/heavy-equipment education preferred • Someone who can 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝘄𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 — this is not a desk-only management position 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯.
