This is a strong opportunity for someone who can 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝘄𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀. The equipment fleet is approximately 𝟵𝟬% 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿, making this an especially attractive opportunity for technicians with CAT or construction-equipment experience. 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗦 𝗢𝗨𝗧 • $75,000–$90,000 annual compensation + overtime • Approximately 90% Caterpillar equipment • 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲-𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 (𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗣) • Profit sharing • 80% employer-paid medical insurance • 100% employer-paid dental insurance • 100% employer-paid life insurance • 401(k) • Hands-on leadership position — not a desk-only management role • Opportunity to lead the shop while continuing to use your technical skills 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨’𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗢 • Help lead the day-to-day operation of the maintenance shop • Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair diesel-powered heavy equipment • Work with engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, drivetrains, and other mechanical systems • Help prioritize repairs and preventative maintenance to keep equipment ready for operation • Provide technical direction and support to other technicians • Help organize workflow, parts, repairs, and equipment readiness • Maintain a safe and productive shop environment • Work with operations and leadership to reduce equipment downtime 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘’𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥 • Strong diesel and heavy-equipment mechanical background • Previous Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, Supervisor, or other leadership experience • Experience diagnosing and repairing engines, hydraulics, electrical, drivetrain, and mechanical systems • Caterpillar experience strongly preferred • Trade school or diesel/heavy-equipment education preferred • CDL Class A with tanker endorsement preferred, or ability to obtain required credentials • Ability to lead technicians while remaining hands-on with repairs 𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 You may already be a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, Field Technician, or experienced heavy-equipment mechanic who is ready for more responsibility.
