Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
Employment: Full-Time | Day Shift
WHAT THIS JOB OFFERS
• $21–$25 per hour
• $2,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $2,000 in additional tool money through the company training program
• Monday–Friday, 6 AM–3 PM schedule

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Village Travel is a family-owned motorcoach company operating since 1980.
Join the Little Rock maintenance team, helping maintain a fleet of approximately 20 motorcoaches. This is an opportunity for a developing mechanic looking for a structured day-shift schedule, a team environment, and room to grow.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Preventative maintenance and basic mechanical repairs
• Brakes, HVAC, electrical, suspension, and engine systems
• Basic aftertreatment and interior repairs
• Learn DOT/CVSA inspection requirements
• Document completed work using maintenance software
• Work alongside other mechanics
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Basic automotive or diesel mechanical knowledge
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• High school diploma or GED
• Trade school education in automotive or diesel technology preferred
• CDL with air brake and passenger endorsements is a plus
• Participation in the company's DOT drug testing program
