Job Description

Diamond Fleet Tech Network is hiring experienced Diesel Technicians for multiple full-time shop and mobile openings in the San Antonio area. 𝐏𝐀𝐘 & 𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐋 • $32.00–$45.02 per flagged hour based on experience and skill set • Technicians typically flag 40–60 hours per week • Potential $5,000 sign-on bonus • Shop and mobile opportunities available 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘 𝐆𝐔𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐄 • Weeks 1–2: 40 guaranteed hours per week • Week 3: 30 guaranteed hours • Week 4: 20 guaranteed hours 𝐌𝐎𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐄 𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐒 • Company service truck provided • Take the truck home with secure parking • Paid drive time based on service-call location • San Antonio and surrounding territory • On-call rotation approximately once per month • Calls after 8 PM paid at time-and-a-half 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄 • Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday • Full-time 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄’𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑 • Diesel/heavy-duty truck experience • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Electrical and wiring diagnostic experience • Freightliner, Detroit, Cummins or PACCAR experience is a plus • Ability to work independently for mobile positions 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍-𝐎𝐍 𝐁𝐎𝐍𝐔𝐒 Qualified technicians may be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus: • $2,500 on the second paycheck • $2,500 after six months Interested?
