𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗩𝗬 𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗣𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗮𝘂, 𝗢𝗞 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: $𝟳𝟱,𝟬𝟬𝟬–$𝟵𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬/𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 | 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘅. 𝟱𝟬 𝗵𝗿𝘀/𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 Lead a team of up to 10 technicians while staying hands-on with a heavy equipment fleet made up of approximately 𝟵𝟬% 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨’𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗢 • Lead and support a team of up to 10 technicians • Manage work orders and repair priorities • Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment • Work hands-on alongside the technician team • Help keep equipment ready and productive 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗬’𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥 • Strong heavy equipment repair experience • Caterpillar experience strongly preferred • Leadership ability and maturity • Positive, team-first attitude • Fabrication experience preferred • Someone who fits a close-knit, family-oriented work environment 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 & 𝗕𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗙𝗜𝗧𝗦 • $𝟳𝟱,𝟬𝟬𝟬–$𝟵𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬/𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 • Approximately 50 hours per week • Service truck provided • Fuel card provided — including commute to and from work • $𝟭,𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 • 401(k)
