This position is focused on 𝗙-𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝘆 and commercial/fleet vehicles. We are looking for a technician who can diagnose and repair—not simply perform general maintenance or replace parts. 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 & 𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟 Compensation is flat-rate with 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 $𝟰𝟱 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘁-𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 available for the right technician based on Ford certifications, diesel experience, diagnostic ability and production history. The shop has an established commercial/fleet customer base and strong existing workload. Top-producing technicians have the available workload and shop capacity to flag approximately 𝟴𝟬–𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀. 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝘀 $𝟭𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬–$𝟭𝟴𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬+, depending on individual flat-rate production. Production and annual earnings are not guaranteed. 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗪𝗘’𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥 • Ford diesel certification or substantial recent Ford diesel experience • Experience diagnosing and repairing 𝗙-𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝘆 trucks • Strong diesel diagnostic and repair ability • Professional dealership or equivalent high-level technician experience • Ability to properly document repairs and warranty stories • Valid driver’s license • Professional technician hand tools • Strong attendance and work history 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 • Ford Senior Master certification • Ford transmission certification • Commercial/fleet experience • Ford Transit experience • Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics • Gasoline heavy-line experience 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣 & 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗘 • Ford Pro Elite Commercial Service Center • Climate-controlled shop • Modern equipment • Established commercial/fleet customer base • Strong existing workload • 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆–𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 with occasional Saturdays 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 & 𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡-𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 may be available for an exceptional candidate and will be considered based on the technician and distance of the move. A 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻-𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 may also be considered for a highly qualified Ford-certified diesel technician, particularly someone leaving an established position. A short-term ramp-up guarantee may be discussed for the right experienced technician while transitioning into the shop and establishing workload.
