Join the Wichita maintenance team, helping keep motorcoaches safe, reliable, and ready for the road. This is an opportunity for an experienced diesel mechanic who enjoys diagnostics, hands-on repairs, and working with a smaller shop team. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Advanced diagnostics and repairs on diesel-powered motorcoaches • Troubleshoot brakes, HVAC, electrical, suspension, and engine systems • Diagnose and repair aftertreatment systems • Perform DOT/CVSA-related inspections and maintenance • Maintain accurate service records using maintenance software • Work independently and alongside other technicians • Occasional on-call duties or travel to other company facilities may be required WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • At least 1 year of heavy-duty diesel repair experience • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of DOT/CVSA requirements • High school diploma or GED • Must have your own tools • Automotive or diesel trade school education preferred • Class A or B CDL with air brake and passenger endorsements is a plus • Participation in the company's DOT drug testing program • Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently INTERESTED?
