2nd Shift | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM Doggett is hiring Diesel Technicians for a full-time second shift shop opportunity in Van Buren. Entry-level technicians are encouraged to apply, along with experienced technicians looking for stronger earning potential and the opportunity to work on more advanced diesel and heavy-equipment repairs. 𝐏𝐀𝐘 & 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄 • $25–$35 per flagged hour based on experience and skill level • 2nd shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM • Full-time • Flat-rate earning potential tied to productivity 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔’𝐋𝐋 𝐁𝐄 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐍 • Diesel-powered heavy equipment • Preventive maintenance • Engines and powertrain systems • Hydraulic systems • Fuel systems • Electrical systems and diagnostics • Component removal and installation • Mechanical troubleshooting and repair 𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐘-𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐋 𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐒 𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐄 You do not have to be a master technician to be considered. Technicians coming out of diesel or heavy-equipment programs, as well as technicians who have built foundational hands-on experience and want to continue developing their skills, are encouraged to apply. Experienced technicians with stronger diagnostic and repair capabilities may qualify toward the upper end of the pay range.
