𝐃𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜 / 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐀 𝐨𝐫 𝐁 — 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞, 𝐏𝐀 Reyes Fleet Management is hiring 2 Diesel Mechanics / Fleet Technicians at its Martin Brower facility in Coatesville, PA. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐎𝐮𝐭 • 4 weeks paid time off + holiday pay • A Tech: $38–$42/hr • B Tech: $26–$34/hr • +$1/hr with active CDL • +$0.25/hr per T-Series ASE certification, up to $2/hr • Monday–Friday schedule • Medical, dental and vision insurance • 401(k) • Tool and boot allowance • Paid uniforms • Career advancement opportunities • Annual performance raises 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 • 1 opening: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM • 1 opening: 9:00 PM–5:00 AM • Either opening may be filled by an A Tech or B Tech based on experience and qualifications • Full-time • Non-union 𝐀 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 • 3+ years of related diesel/mechanical experience • Tractor and trailer repair experience • Reefer experience • Welding and liftgate experience • Preventive maintenance • Hydraulics and electrical systems • Brakes and clutches • Differentials and aftertreatment systems 𝐁 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 • 2+ years of related diesel/mechanical experience • Preventive maintenance and general fleet repair experience • Tractor and trailer inspection and repair • Basic mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 • Own tools • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record • Ability to meet DOT/MVR requirements • Ability to pass required background and drug screening • High school diploma/GED or applicable experience equivalency 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝?
