𝐃𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜 / 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐀 𝐨𝐫 𝐁 — 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐝, 𝐕𝐀 Reyes Fleet Management is hiring 2 Diesel Mechanics / Fleet Technicians at its Reyes Beverage facility in Richmond, VA. 4 weeks PTO + holiday pay 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 • Monday–Friday • 10:00 AM–6:30 PM • Full-time • Non-union 𝐏𝐚𝐲 • A Tech: up to $35/hr • B Tech: up to $29/hr • +$1/hr with active CDL • +$0.25/hr per T-Series ASE certification, up to $2/hr 𝐀 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 • 3+ years of verifiable diesel/mechanical experience • Strong tractor and trailer repair experience • Starter replacements • Radiator/cooling system repairs • Emissions/aftertreatment troubleshooting and repairs • Driveline repairs • Center support bearings/U-joints • Suspension work, including torque rods and airbags 𝐁 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 • 2+ years of verifiable diesel/mechanical experience • Preventive maintenance and general mechanical repair experience • Ability to inspect, diagnose and repair fleet equipment 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 • Own tools • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record • Ability to meet DOT/MVR requirements • Ability to pass required background and drug screening • High school diploma/GED or applicable experience equivalency 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 • 4 weeks PTO + holiday pay • Medical, dental and vision insurance • 401(k) • Company-paid life insurance • Annual performance raises • Tool and boot allowance • Paid uniforms • Referral bonuses • Career advancement opportunities 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝?
