𝐃𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜 / 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐀 𝐨𝐫 𝐁 — 𝐏𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡, 𝐅𝐋 Reyes Fleet Management is hiring 2 Diesel Mechanics / Fleet Technicians at its Martin Brower facility in Pompano Beach, FL. Both A and B level technicians are being considered. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐎𝐮𝐭 • 4 weeks paid time off + holiday pay • A Tech: up to $38/hr • B Tech: up to $31/hr • Sunday–Thursday schedule — Fridays & Saturdays off • +$1/hr with an active CDL • +$0.25/hr per T-Series ASE certification, up to +$2/hr • Medical, dental and vision insurance • 401(k) • Company-paid life insurance • Annual performance raises • Annual tool & boot allowance • Paid uniforms • Career advancement opportunities • Referral bonuses and Reyes Reward program 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 • Sunday–Thursday • 12:30 PM–9:00 PM • Full-time • Non-union 𝐀 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 • 3+ years of related diesel/fleet maintenance experience • Strong tractor and trailer repair experience • Preventive maintenance and DOT inspections • Refrigeration / reefer systems • Welding and liftgates • A/C and heating systems • Hydraulics • Electrical diagnosis and repair • Brakes and clutches • Differentials and aftertreatment systems • Able to diagnose and complete more complex repairs with limited supervision 𝐁 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 • 2+ years of related diesel/fleet maintenance experience • Preventive maintenance and general mechanical repairs • Tractor and trailer inspection and repair • Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting • Ability to identify problems and complete repairs safely and accurately 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 • Own tools • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Ability to meet applicable DOT/MVR requirements • Ability to pass required background check and drug screening • High school diploma/GED or applicable experience equivalency • Ability to perform the physical requirements of a fleet technician position 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭?
