𝐃𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜 / 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐀 𝐨𝐫 𝐁 — 𝐌𝐜𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤, 𝐈𝐋 Reyes Fleet Management is hiring 2 Diesel Mechanics / Fleet Technicians at its fleet facility in McCook, IL. Both A and B level technicians are being considered. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐎𝐮𝐭 • 4 weeks paid time off + holiday pay • A Tech: $31–$37/hr + $2/hr shift differential • B Tech: $25–$30/hr + $2/hr shift differential • 4-day workweek — Sunday, Monday & Tuesday off • +$1/hr with an active CDL • +$0.25/hr per T-Series ASE certification, up to +$2/hr • Medical, dental and vision insurance • 401(k) • Company-paid life insurance • Annual performance raises • Tool & boot allowance • Paid uniforms • Career advancement opportunities 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 • Wednesday–Saturday • 10:00 PM–8:30 AM • 4-day workweek • Full-time • Non-union 𝐀 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 • 3+ years of related diesel/fleet maintenance experience • Preventive maintenance and DOT inspections • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting • Liftgate repair • Hydraulic systems • Aftertreatment systems • Clutches and drivetrain repairs • Ability to diagnose and complete complex repairs with limited supervision 𝐁 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 • 2+ years of related diesel/fleet maintenance experience • Preventive maintenance • General mechanical repairs • Suspension work • Wheel seals • Tractor and trailer inspections and repairs • Ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 • Own tools • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • CDL is a plus, but not required • High school diploma/GED or qualifying experience equivalency • Ability to meet applicable DOT/MVR requirements • Ability to pass required background check and drug screening 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭?
