𝐃𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜 — $𝟑𝟎–$𝟒𝟓/𝐡𝐫 | 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 Location: Columbus, OH Pay: $30–$45/hour, based on experience Schedule: Full-time | First Shift The Service Company is hiring an experienced Diesel Mechanic in Columbus, OH. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐎𝐮𝐭 • $30–$45/hour • First shift • 2 weeks PTO available upon hire • Additional 16 personal hours after 30 days • Paid holidays • IRA retirement plan with company match • Health insurance — HSA or PPO options • Dental and vision insurance options • Company-paid basic life insurance • Short- and long-term disability options • Accident insurance option • CDL preferred, but not required to start • Company may pay for eligible technicians to obtain their CDL • Training and advancement opportunities 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐎𝐧 As a Diesel Mechanic, you’ll diagnose, maintain and repair heavy-duty trucks, including: • Brakes and wheel-end assemblies • Suspension, steering and drivelines • Air systems • HVAC systems • Starting and charging systems • Electrical diagnostics • Turbos, water pumps, fan drives and air compressors • DOT inspections • Alignments • General heavy-duty truck repair 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫 • 2+ years of hands-on heavy-duty truck experience • Valid driver’s license • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to diagnose and repair heavy-duty truck systems • CDL is a plus, but not required 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 The Service Company has been family-owned since 1978 and operates multiple locations across Ohio.
