This opening may be filled at either the A Tech or B Tech level based on experience and qualifications. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐎𝐮𝐭 • A Tech: $32.70/hr • B Tech: $30.50/hr • Both rates include the $0.20/hr third-shift differential • +$1/hr with an active CDL A • ASE certification incentive pay • Paid time off + holiday pay • Health, dental and vision coverage • Union benefits • Retirement benefits • Career advancement opportunities after 6 months • Reyes Rewards and referral bonuses • Consistent full-time third-shift schedule 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 A Tech • Sunday–Thursday • 10:00 PM–6:30 AM • Third shift B Tech • Monday–Friday • 10:00 PM–6:30 AM • Third shift 𝐀 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 — $𝟑𝟐.𝟕𝟎/𝐡𝐫 • 3+ years of related diesel/fleet maintenance experience • Diagnose, rebuild and repair tractors, trailers, refrigeration units and related components • Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical problems • Use diagnostic technology/software when applicable • Complete complex mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision • Perform preventive maintenance and fleet repairs • Accurately document repairs and work orders • Some travel may be required 𝐁 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 — $𝟑𝟎.𝟓𝟎/𝐡𝐫 • 2+ years of related diesel/fleet maintenance experience • Inspect, repair and perform routine preventive maintenance on fleet equipment • Perform standard component inspections and repairs • Assist with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic diagnostics • Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections and parts used • Work on tractor and trailer fleet equipment 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 • High school diploma/GED with the required related experience • Own tools • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record • Ability to meet applicable DOT driver qualification requirements • Ability to pass required background check and drug screening • Ability to frequently lift/push/pull 50+ lbs and occasionally 100+ lbs • CDL A is highly desired • Technical school certification preferred 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭?
